PREPARATION FOR CHILDREN

We’re so excited for your little one to receive their First Holy Communion! First Communion for all baptized children in grades 1-12 is a(1 or 2 years??)[1]  family experience, designed to equip parents to teach, share faith, and pray with their children. During these two years, children will grow in faith through weekly small group sessions and family meetings. During their second year, children will get to celebrate and receive both their First Reconciliation and their First Communion!

YEAR 1 & 2

• Students will attend weekly onsite or virtual YFF sessions. We will provide all crafts and activities (see calendar for dates and times).
• Parents will participate in the ALPHA program
• Parents will lead family meetings in their homes
• Lessons and companion kits will be supplied
• In addition to the family in home lessons, there will be one parent retreat.

First Communion/ Baptism Fee: $125 (includes either onsite or virtual session. Virtual sessions will receive weekly crafts/ activities to complete at home).
