St. J's Health Ministry

Saint J’s has been blessed with the opportunity to start a Health Ministry through Blood Pressure Screening events held every other month at both St. Joseph and St. John’s Church. The Ministry started with three nurses, and has grown to a team of six healthcare volunteers, filling the roles to offer to take our parishioner’s blood pressure. This was started in June 2022, and to date we have approximately completed 150 screens. We also provide health fliers with parishioners to educate on different diseases and illnesses.
